You cannot replace eating by reading a cookbook - if you want to enjoy the richest dance and sing culture, you have to be on spot. Dancing and especially singing is the very essence of being an Estonian. We sang ourselves our freedom, we sing when we work, we sing when we mourn or celebrate. Every grill or sauna party has its singing element.
