Korcula is a stop on the Venician 14th-15th century route to Asia. Small and beautiful old town, a windsurfers paradise thanks to winds blowing in the straight between Korcula and mainland. And our home for a week, offering Moreska sword-dance and windsurfing lessons; newspapers and beach. Moreska is a tradition, only kept alive here on Korcula, thou it origins from the Moors. It was danced after succesful raids.
