Tibet in Black & White CinemaScope

I recently went through my Tibet pictures again, as sorting through all 2400 of them is a never ending task, and wanted to redo some of them. Around the same time I wanted to try out using Photoshop's Channel Mixer to simulate different kinds of color filter effects with black and white images. I also really wanted to try out composing and framing images in a 2.4:1 "CinemaScope" aspect ratio like many films these days. I found wide angle shots to be very easy to frame in such a wide aspect ratio, with the 10mm shots being VERY conducive to good widescreen composition. It also revealed a lot of per-channel color noise, usually in the red and sometimes blue channels, and usually in the sky. This is likely a result of using the Channel Mixer to cut out channels rather than actually shooting with a real filter, and it led to some strange edge sharpening or softening effects as well.
Anyway, I resampled all the images to HD-size 1920 pixel width, so they look great on my HDTV, but obviously there aren't that many computer monitors than can fully display it, so feel free to view the images at the resized "Large" versions (800px wide), but you'll miss a lot of cool detail :-). Some of these are new, and some of them are oldies but goldies. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do.
