While staying with our friends in Sierra Vista, their parrot Buddy made a nice subject for the camera, entertaining us all with his antics.

Wonderful job on the photos, Buddy is a very pretty Yellow Nape. I had an Orange Wing for about 10 years, they are amazing animals, so smart and charming.

Lovely portraits. Buddy was obviousy responding to the attention. I raised a Double-Yellowheaded Amazon to 17 years. He got out of his cage one day when I was at work and the dog ate him. A horrible ending for an amazing avian friend.
