Wonderful portrait of a sad but majestic animal ... I don't like zoos or circuses and I often feel their loneliness or deprivation of what their life should've been like. This is a fabulous photo of this great guy .... look at his eyes ... intelligent but sad. BV

I agree. I realize there is probably some educational benefit as well as conservation work that zoos have going for them, but I am just not a fan of seeing animals like this in that environment.

Fantastic portrait of the wonderful creature.
I heard sad news about 4 of them in the wild today and a lightning strike.
We cant afford to lose anymore of these wonderful animals.
