I don't do landscapes very often because I never felt that I was very good at it.
This is the Smoky mountains and I happened to like this one.

perfect comp to balance out the contrasting crops either side of the winding cut path...the big tree adds strength to the peaceful pastoral scene...you do have the eye and photo skills for landscapes...V

Now after that, for more of an effect, crop the right side even more to eliminate half of the fence section. The idea is to bring that graceful dark curve have a bigger role here
