We are floating here in central Illinois! We have had over 6 1/2 inches of rain in the last few days.
This is a road that is no longer passable. To the right of the markers is a planted field of corn.
Enough said!!

AAACK! Hope it ends soon. We've had lots of rain here too. I've been watching a housing development built on a flood plain and wondering if they graded enough to protect the homes. Here's where it was built:http://www.pbase.com/isabel95/negative_progress
