As you all know, I started for Florida. I stopped in Missouri to leave my dog at my daughters.
I spent the rest of my vacation in Missouri. I spent two days in the hospital, then back to my daughters for two days and then back to the hospital. Long story short, a kidney stone from hell!!
I am now back home trying to get some rest.I am not up to commenting today.

Man I feel for you, I passed a stone a year ago and the pain was unbelievable, certainly spoils a vacation. I spent a week in the hospital on a liquid diet and tubes sticking out from every part of my body. I certainly hope you begin too feel better, Jim. With all the snow and cold temps in your area, I guess house bound is not so bad...

Oh dear Jim, I feel your pain. I just had a kidney stone attack a few Sundays ago. This time it was a small one and I didn't have to stay in the hospital but a few hours. The last time it was a big one and they had to do lithotripsy. I always tell people I would rather have another three children then deal with a kidney stone again. The pain is horrible. So sorry your vacation was halted by that nasty stone. Hope this post finds you feeling better.
A beautiful, sharp lovely photo you posted here.
