A very nice portrait Jim! Believe me, she will always be there with you - however, not in the physical sense. V

She is so beautiful. And how right you are, we never stop missing our faithful companions who have, sadly, now gone.

Awwwwww....our beloved pets give us great gifts that will live with us for the rest of our lives - remembering their love and how good it made us feel. They make us better people. My son's 8 year old beagle is fighting a terrible battle with a seizure disorder. He is moving heaven and earth to see that Milo gets the best of care. It feels good to see one's child being such a responsible steward of his beloved pet. The schedule of two working parents with five year twins and two beagles is complicated enough, but add the necessity of administering medications at precise times to preventure very disturbing seizures (nine in one day last week when the dog ate berries that had fallen from a tree after insecticide has been sprayed on the grass...leading to a visit the emergency clinic that wound up costing $2000 boggles my mind)

Helen and Ann are so right ... she was so beautiful and her love for you equalled or surpassed your love of her. You now have Bella and love continues towards you and you to Bella. Live with all your wonderful memories of that love ... it is endless.

I'm sure you do, and you always will; Buttercup was one of the loves of your life. But you have wonderful memories of her, and Bella to fill some of the void. I'd say you're a pretty fortunate man to have had two such wonderful friends!

Awwww....now that made me tear up - you never stop missing them - but remember you will always feel her paw print on your heart! That will never go away!
