Total of 166 Grt Egrets seen through out the Riverport Rd ponds and sloughs. Right before sundown the birds were coming together at pond #2 (the most open water) and I made one final count of all. Also 16 total Grt Blue Herons had either started the afternoonat the pond or had flown in with the Egrets. 1 Little Blue Heron and 4 Green Herons also seen.
