I did a background blur on this one to kill the 'busy' look.
This brand of Dark-eyed Junco shows up in the yard each year about this time.
I have thought it to be 'pink-sided' but can't find corroborate that ID.
The 'Oregon' variety is here all year but increases ten-fold in early fall and decreases again in late spring..
P.S. More research indicates this is a female 'Oregon'.
