I'm sorry, but I must REALLY disagree with the person who thinks the DOF is perfect... it is not, by any means. Clearly, you are looking for a romantic mood with this shot, so then you might opt for soft focus overall, but when you have the face in focus, then the foreground should be in focus (don't worry about the background). With the foreground out of focus it draws attention away from the subject's face, and in a portrait the subject's face should always be where you want the viewer's eye to lock on. I would also suggest you clone out the errant shadows of hair behind the upper left of your subject's head, as that is also distracting. Good pose and expression on the model's face, and for that reason this shot is most likable.
