no offence at all to Stephanie, but I've got a somewhat different take on this: to me the photo isn't about whimsy (if I had to choose a narrative I'd pick cowboy's/labourer's denim) - it's about the composition, in 2 halves, with an abstract area of tone on the right and the interplay on the left between the hard-angled-collar and the curve in the softer cloth opposite. Really interesting shot - all about that gap in (absence of) cloth.
