Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, has a surprisingly mild climate in winter. The city is noted for its widely-acclaimed environmental conscience. Up to 37% habitants go to work on bicycles. Its architecture is fairly homogenous, mixing nicely baroque with more recent styles. The famed Carlsberg brewery and its museum is to me the best point of interests for tourists. The elephants gate is not to be missed under any pretext.
