These photos were taken at the Honeymoon Bay Ecological Reserve.
The Reserve is one of the few locations the beautiful Erythronium revolutum
can be found on Vancouver Island. Unfortunately, their numbers
have diminished over time, due to a change in the flow of the creek
that runs behind it but it's to be hoped they will flourish in future.
