Today was a black and white kinda day.
I photographed another set of garage doors in my building ...
[see HERE for a previous door photo]
... the shadows were just too inviting.

Bold and arresting. These all cut right through the holiday rushing about and remind us to be still and pay attention.

I thought I recognized this. Love the shadows on the door. Is this going to be a series eventually?

Cool shot - I like this. And it definitely works best in B&W. Cheers.

I really like those two lower ones. Nice reflection of light.

Hey, I thought you were cheating here when I saw this in the thumb. I remember the first one well. Such cynicism, I know...

The lighting really makes this. Excellent.

Shadows paint their own scenes here, you could choose the moment and it got frozen forever in it's perfect simplicity

All three are great, but I really liked the one on the bottom. The garage door is spooky, though ... something out of the Twilight Zone.

All three of these are great.. I eally like the use of natural lighting here.. and the monochrome really lets one focus on the textures and details.. nicely done

I voted for the last one, and I'll vote for this one!

It's excellent Jude, it changes a lotfrom your great use of colors but garages are an interesting subject for light and you show it so well

The shadows are wonderful in all of your photos today.
