HDR vs Single Exposure

The HDR images are generally followed by a single properly exposed image, which is also included in the HDR image, and therefore we have an exact comparison
of results between the two techniques. In most cases the HDR is better as the Dynamic Range of what is captured is reproduced without blowing out
highlights (sky mostly) while preserving shadow detail. The exception occurs when the exposure time is so slow that image blur occurs with the HDR image.
In this case, a single image properly exposed is preferred. Below are pairs of HDR (identified by -Edit suffix) and single exposure images.
