Comunist secret police the dread "securitate" had apartments all across towns. From the windows of the building they opened fire on protesters. The Hotel Postavarul, building centrally located, a tall and massive building is hard to repair
or the bullets holes were left intentionally to have the heroic days of 1989 remembered
