Build for Prince Gheorghe Grigore Cantacuzino "the Nawab"- Nababul, lawyer and former Prime Minister of the Romanian Kingdom.
His nephew Constantin Cantauzino "Bazu" the famous World War II military pilot. After 1948 he lived in exile in Spain loosing all his assets confiscated by communists.
