Cast-net fishing on the Pineda Causeway (I am told) is illegal. This gentleman actually walked away not 10 seconds after I took this picture. It was taken at the bottom of the ramp from US-1 to Pineda (and I apologize to any drivers I may have shocked when I suddenly pulled off the road).
