I agree with Phil on the motion blur. But putting that aside, I really like the positioning of the moon right above the tower and in between the lines, as if it's being bounced off and trying to reach a greater height. I also like the colors and the depth.
Not as strong as the other image -- the moon is too small in scale to hold the eye, and the blurred powerlines look very as if they are the result of camera movement. (You don't have any shutter speed data here but I can guess that it must have been very slow. For shots such as this, a tripod is essential.
