Ah! To be a fish
With fancy fin
As free as the bubbles
Under the blue.

This picture seems to capture the nature of life itself -- the eternal process of cells dividing diving dividing to become whatever genetics dictate. That you caught water "doing it" is so perfect, since cells must have access to it to do their incredible work. I love the colors, the shapes, the shine and gleam, and the fact of liquid and gas caught suspended for our viewing pleasure. A wondrous image, reminding me in the New Year that it's the responsibility of all the earth's people to safeguard this precious stuff, starting right now.

Llike jewels surrounded by a golden bezel floating on opalescent water! I never would have known they were pool bubbles. The abstraction is great.

I must admit that so many of your images echo my own aesthetic - to see the beautiful, the wonderful in the ordinary. This image does that so well, thanks,

I like the almost marble effect on the water
