The colors in these leaves were irresistable. I wanted to get just a suggestion of the breeze blowing through them and since I was using the macro lens, it was easy to blur the image.
I LOVE this! Am reminded of how the world looks through a film of tears in the eyes, distorted and blurred, when everything in the moment rises up, uncontainable. I was born in the Autumn, the most vivid of seasons, but also the time when the green of summer must die and be recycled, reminding us that all we can count on is change. The colors, movement and softening of boundaries in this image are so satisfying. I want to hug this picture to my heart. Thank you, Jenene.
