Tried to add a little more contrast here - I found that my white balance setting had mysteriously been changed to Tungsten - not what I wanted for an outdoor shot
The blur helps define movement. It is an incongruous dance of windmills across the horizon. Re crop it to take out some of that sky on top and the image will acquire more horizontal movement by echoing the shape of the picture. The shadows are stronger because it is late in the afternoon. But there is still not enough coloration in the clouds and sky. It will come. (But I assume you couldn't wait.)
