Minkowski 1-7 (PN G189.8+07.7, PK 189+07.1) Planetary Nebula in Gemini. Taken Feb. 07 and 08
2016 and Jan. 01 and 02 2019. Imaged with CCD Lab’s Q285M camera for the 2016 data and with
Starlight Xpress’ SX-825 camera for the 2019 imaging sessions, along with a Celestron EdgeHD 9.25 at
f10, on a Losmandy G11/Gemini mount. The Q285M H alpha and OIII data were 15 minutes binned 1x1 while
the SX825 H alpha and OIII data were 2 minutes binned 1x1. The RGB subframes were 5 minutes binned
1x1 with the SX 825 camera and resulted in the following total exposures (HA+OIII):(R+Ha): (G+OIII):
(B+OIII)(min) = (224+24 ):(70+224):(70+240):(70+240). This image is displayed at 0.57 arc-seconds
per pixel. Captured with Nebulosity, calibrated and sigma combined in Iris with other processing
using PixInsight LE and Photoshop CS. North is up.
