M96 (NGC 3368) Spiral Galaxy, type Sa, in Leo. Taken Mar 15, Mar 16 and Mar 17, 2007 with a DSI Pro
II and Outback Cooler on a C8NGT (8" Newtonian f5). LRGB subframes were 150 sec resulting in the
following total exposures L:R:G:B ( in min) = 208:55:60:68 Color balance was achieved via
numerically scaled channels. Captured with Envisage, calibrated and sigma combined in Iris with
other processing using FITZ, PixInsight LE and Photoshop CS. North is up.
