The Alhambra and Generalife

The Alhambra (Granada-Spain) was built between XIII-XV centuries by the Nazaries Sultans. The Generalife were the agrarian states of the palaces. Architecture, gardens, patios, sunlight and the water, joint all together to create this wonderful place. Here is a tourist gallery.

I thought the place was nothing but it was something...I've had dreams before but just ignored them.It's just last last 2 yrs. ago if I'm not mistaken, I've started my research then I saw a picture that look exactly as my dream showed me..I'm just thankful for this...Keep on dreaming alhambra...wish to visit alhambra in the near future!!!^_^

Hi Stephanie,I've had the same experience like yours...I saw myself as young lady together w/ a young man,were hiding from someone then we entered the little door at the back of the castle beside the tower & my friend waited for me,she helps us so could hide but then she betrayed us & something fatal happen...we were in a room a woman came weeping & then a man who is really mad...someone was beheaded & I lost my sanity,crying while I ran outside the castle from where we entered but there was nowhere to go ...no nothing just mountain,feeling stuck I just lay myself on the ground,there were grass I thought to hide there...can't do anything but cry,I woke up crying & feeling exausted...

Beautiful, just beautiful...By the way, could anybody explain to me...I had several dreams connecting with Alhambra and precisely about Patio of Lions and Water Stairway.These are dreams about my past life I guess...In my dream I saw a young lady and a young man.They were talking near that fountain with figures of lions.I know they loved each other, but she was married to another man.Then her husband came, took her by the hand and started drawing her towards and then up the Stairway...

This is such an enchanting gallery of Alhanbra. Full of beautiful colors, architecture, flowers, lovely fountains, delicate marble pilars and ceramic work. You have captured it all so well. You make me want to return to see it Alhambra again at peace and without being rushed.
