I went to wal-mart today to get the oil changed in my mom's car. I did not want to set there, so the employee there ask me to go in and wait, I told him that I well take my camera and go on a sort walk and take some picures. So I found my self on the other side of the street walking on a trail along some trees looking for birds to take pictures of but never saw any. So the trail came out by these train tracks and I took some pictures of the tracks and other stuff I seen, I also found a homeless camp... they sure leave lots of trash. When I got back to wal-mart I took a picture of there sign and one of the tire center where I had the oil changed, I walked across the parking up to the center to get my moms car. One of the employees there had got mad at me over a perceived injustice thinking I had zoomed in on him with my camera and took his picture. I told him I did not intentionally zoom in on him and take his picture, but only took a picture of the biulding. He asked me what I was going to do with my images, I told him I was going to post them on my web site jsb photographs, he got upset again, now over another perceived injustice and told me I had to pay him to post his picture. I new that I had not took his picture but to resolve the issue I told him when I get home, if I could see his face clearly in the shot I would delete it. When I got home, I could not see him in the image, it was so bright out side from the sun, it made the inside of the shop very dark and do to this the details in the shadows was lost and did not see him or his face so I found no vaild reason to delete it.
This is a good lesson for every one, if some one tells you not to take or use them in an image don't. On the other hand, do not assumed a photograph has taken your photo and become upset and/or rude over it. They may have not taken your photo or it may have been untentionally. Most of the time a photographer will not use a photo of you if you ask them nicely!
Very nice variety in the images, John. And you showed a good eye in the details that you photographed. Love the shot of the girl crossing the tracks. But the photos are all good.
