The building at 109 Sutton St. in No. Andover was originally built as a B&M RR Depot around 1875. According to "A Field Guide to Southern New England Railroad Depots and Freight Houses", it replaced a depot built in 1851 after the nearby Andover & Wilmington (Haverhill) line was abandoned when they rerouted the line through Lawrence. This location was at the junction of Eastern (Essex) RR and the B&M. It closed April 6, 1955.
