LOVE this! So typical for kids to be bored after having to wait for the action! Here they seem to soon be creating their own action with those very colorful costumes! Love the shoes too! Great capture!
Not looking too happy about the day....if we looked like this as youngsters it meant you weren't feeling well....bed with a dose of cod liver oil was the cure, needless to say we rarely felt sick LOL!! The word bored was never uttered either because then you were issued a task to fill your time...all this but I only remember a happy childhood and now realise how clever our elders were :)
Cute image. Well shot. Their expressions are priceless. Beautiful costumes. I will agree with them that just waiting can be boring. These kids must have later been very happy when the anticipated parade finally reached them.
