CONVEYANCE

This is the most personal image to date in this "three" experiment. It was taken at the airport while taking our daughter and seeing her off. It captures the sense of some slight sadness I had at this moment. The center and right which line up symbolizes family and the connectedness we always have. The disjointed nature of the center and left shots capture this broken feeling I had. A separation that will be for some time as she travels to South Korea far from my home on the plains of Oklahoma.
Mostly it tells of this incredible journey that is ahead for her.

Excellent! This can also be extended to be a frame of your daughter's memory of south Korea. So many tunnels there.

The text and the triptych work together so well. It is fortunate that you can convey your feelings with photography.

Sense of emptiness first for me.
Then only the disjointed roads, the broken lines.
Sadness also, a bit more, through the lack of colors.
(Not sure of what I say you know, I don't speak English.) Nuances are important :-)

this is very good indeed. I appreciate the explanation too. Not sure if your daughter is still in Seoul, but it's a tremendous town and no doubt she had/will have a fantastic time. Cheers

I also see the sense of emptiness that results when one you love leaves and the feeling from the lines leading into the picture of going so far away. ~BV~

It's great that you have revealed the personal symbolism of these shots. I can feel the sadness ....... they fit together very well and make a dynamic triptych. Very well done.
