As Spring training is starting up, I thought I'd throw in a tribute to 'The Old Lefthander', Joe Nuxhall. Joe was from my hometown and was the much loved announcer and ex-player for the Cincinnati Reds. You will not find a better person. Joe died back in November, and set a record for the most public votes for the Hall of Fame, however was not chosen by the Hall of Fame "choosers" whoever they might be. It will be a much different Reds Baseball season without Joe in the picture this year.
