This shot has some really obvious editing on the eyes. You might be using a monitor that is either far too light, or far too dark. (or I am.. hehe). One thing I'll point out.. when lightening eyes, it's best to *only* do work on the iris itself, and only in areas where the iris would be naturally lighter than the rest of the eye. If you have to zoom in 300% to do this, do so... it'll help a lot, and make for a more realistic edit.
