A sculpture of three sprials which turn with the wind. Found at the riverside park in Hamilton, Ohio. I call them whirlygigs.

Yes, they are by Lyman Whitaker. If you go to the following link, it tells you about them. http://www.cityofsculpture.org I find it interesting that the photo they show for the sculpture shows them spaced quite differently than when I took the photo. I don't know how long they've been changed.

These are wind sculptures by a guy named Lyman Whitaker, out of Utah I think. A gallery in Sedona has them by the dozens in a single garden. Makes quite an impressive display.
