This is the spread that awaited us when we got there. You'll see our main meeting space in the following photos. It includes a nicely equipped full kitchen - but they have an attractive dining room and do all the cooking for meals. They provided us with water, soda, coffee, all of the types of snacks you see above as well as freshly baked cookies with milk each evening. That includes cups (with lids), napkins, plates etc. They also had an ice water station in the meeting area which they maintained.



The food was well beyond most meeting venues I've experienced. Served buffet style, just some of their offerings included lasagne, alfredo fettuccine, cider glazed pork roast, burbon chicken, quiche, home style potatoes au gratin, homemade sticky buns (delicious!), and french toast. They also had the typical fresh fruit and salad offerings. Desserts were good also.



They had the tables set up as we had requested and provided the tablecloths as well as note pads and pens. They will also provide any audio-visual equipment you need.



The sleeping rooms were all located in a hallway which comes off of the main gathering area. They have 50 hotel style rooms with two queen beds in each, as well as private bath, desk, coffee maker, television, wifi and sliding doors with screens. The baths each have a sink but there is also a sink across from the closet - handy if you are sharing the room. They have handicapped access rooms as well. As they would in a hotel, they have housekeeping come in every day to make beds, change towels etc.
