We (Jack and Susan) arrived in Todi on Sunday, May 1, 2005, to meet Bob and Sue Schuur. The next day the four of us began our ATG Oxford Footloose (unguided) walk from Todi to Assisi. We were to cover the 45 miles from Todi to Assisi in five days. ATG booked our hotels, moved our luggage, and provided us with detailed directions. A tour manager hovered in the background just in case.
