Séville nous a beaucoup plu. La visite en compagnie de notre guide Carmen du magnifique Real Alcazar, un ensemble palatial construit ŕ compter du X s, nous a rappelé la finesse et la beauté de l’Alhambra. La cathédrale, concours de prestige entre deux archevęques fait preuve de l’opulence et de la folie des grandeurs qui caractérisent la majorité de tels édifices religieux en Europe. La Plaza de Espana fut notre coup de cśur.

We really enjoyed Seville. The visit with our guide Carmen to the magnificent Real Alcázar, a palace complex built starting in the 10th century, reminded us of the refinement and beauty of the Alhambra. The cathedral, a prestige competition between two archbishops, displays the opulence and grandeur typical of most such religious buildings in Europe. The Plaza de Espańa was our favorite spot.
