These shots were taken in Patapsco Park (along the Patapsco River) in Sykesville, MD on 16 Dec 2006.
The stone structures are the remnants of Warfield College, established in 1894 by Susanna Warfield. "The school was a four-year preparatory school (scholastically a high school). The stone buildings could accomodate 30 boarders, and in 1898, twenty boys were on the roster." From "Sykesville Past and Present, A Walking Tour", by Linda F. Greenberg.
