Comparison of new (<20 hrs) F30 w/ my trusty A620 digiscoping w/ Zeiss 85T*Fl and 20-60X Zoom eyepiece. Homemade adaptors for both. Summary: F30 has better noise reduction, less vignetting, faster focusing. Canon allows Custom settings, continuous shooting, but is noisier and suffers from vignetting at all but about 2 magnifications: Winner - F30 hands down.
