Bodegas Fundador is a company dedicated to the production of Brandy and Sherry Wines, founded in 1730 in Jerez de la Frontera. It is one of the pioneering and oldest firms in the Sherry Triangle. Its heritage includes 16th-century wineries, Christian-Mudejar buildings, a museum dedicated to brandy and Sherry wines, a wine tourism visitor center, and a restaurant within the winery. It also boasts one of the oldest, most prestigious, and most awarded brandy and Sherry wine soleras in the world.
