Mural by Miguel Angel Sánchez Martos "Saturno"
We will have the opportunity to enjoy a new work by Saturno on the facade of the county library. Miguel Ángel Sánchez Martos, known as Saturno, explains that architecturally "it is one of the best locations" where the artist had painted until today. The reason is that it is a slightly curved facade with an extension of 22 meters.The artist wants to embody the gardens of Marimurtra in this mural, one of the crown jewels of the municipality. Saturno will combine the flowers and vegetation in the gardens with the fauna that can be found underwater in Blanes. That's why there will be an octopus and several fish that will swim over flowers.
