The tower d´en Reig is a building in the early twentieth century modernist lines commissioned by engineer forests Josep Reig , son of Vilabertran. The building consists of a round tower with decorative brick, ceramics and gardens surrounding the building of great beauty. After the untimely death of José Reig , the house passed into the hands of what would become the famous watercolor painter Ramon Reig , then fifteen years since a young amateur painting. Sunday afternoons good time, Reig family invited some friends and family Dalí, Joan Xirau Ramon Turro, Alexandre Deulofeu Miravitlles. According to writings of Anna Maria Dalí, remember those afternoons where Ramon Reig and Salvador Dalí went to paint, mothers visited the farm and the others were playing in the garden. Anna Maria favorites was the lake small island in the middle covered with vegetation in the wild. She said the house was large, painted white and blue windows and balconies. The Tower was circular and arched windows. In the center was a column with a circular sofa attached also to observe the landscape of the Emporda.
