Beaches of Sardinero and gardens of Piquio
The gardens of Piquio are about the half of the waterfront of El Sardinero, the most luxurious of Santander. It is a square with a garden with palm trees and the lawn with a lookout under a pergola, which protrudes dallungomare on the beach, so there are incredible views of the bay. From there you can see, to the right side around the waterfront, the casino, and at the bottom of the island of Mouro and the peninsula of La Maddalena, on the left side and continuing until the end of the promenade is the Golf de Santander . There are benches to sit and admire the breathtaking views.
