The windows have a lower prestance in this work than in other of Domenech i Montaner. The specification already specified that the windows would light colors and simple , except for the main floors of the administration building , the library, the auditorium , the museum and access doors to offices downstairs . Modernist designers used the windows as symbols and to achieve chromatic spaces and creating environments , which is why the color Domenech limited to administrative areas leaving the whites for nursing areas, probably this break with the modernist lines of the rest of the group due to budget cuts .
