Haarlem. Cathedral

St. Bavo's cathedral (1895~1930)
Roman Catholic diocese of Haarlem was founded in 1853. The church they used was too small so they decided to built a new cathedral. Eclectic architecture, partly neogothic and roman. It is named after the city's patron saint. It is now the main cathedral for the Roman Catholic diocese of Haarlem-Amsterdam.

Grand edifice that dominates the view from this street. Excellent composition and good commentary. Vote.
