The central body of the main facade is structured as if it were an altarpiece in three vertical streets separated by four pilasters, stone to the first floor and the rest of brick in three levels.
On the lower level there are three arched entrances with peraltats Archivolt decorated with blue and white tiles with the initials "P" and "G" that allude to his patron, the cross of original hospital, four bars Catalan, and a ship, shield of the City of Paris. These iconographic elements are repeated in different parts of the site and especially in this building.
