The second pavilion of the east wing (provisionally designated as II-E), was built between 1902 and 1912 together with the other pavilions corresponding to the Hospital de Sant Pau, and dedicated to Saint Leopold in honor of Leopold Llopart Gil, Pau Gil´s relative and managers of the construction of the Sant Pau Hospital.With the new restoration will host some international institucion offices.
