On September 8th there is a religious procession to the Virgin de la Rosa shrine, the patron saint of the town, with mass, games, food, music and an unbeatable atmosphere.
In December on the eve of the “Immaculate Conception” day, the Abalos Women’s Association holds “Las Mañas” celebration, by means of which they keep hold of an old tradition that consisted of lighting a bonfire and symbolically purifying each corner of the town with bunches of lavender.
