This is a very funny (?) Photoshop product. The man in the wheelchair suffers from some form of narcoleptics. I 'caught' him somewhere on the street. I couldn't resist the urge to put him on the platform with all these spanish dancers surrounding him, while he obviously does not notice them. On first sidht this seems to be a very real but strange situation
