Prozna Street

Warsaw, Poland

Prozna Street is the only surviving street from the Warsaw ghetto, where the pre-war architecture still exists in its original form.
The tenement houses were built between 1880 and 1900 and were once home to Warsaw’s thriving Jewish community.
It is now one of the very few remaining fragments of "Jewish Warsaw." Currently the Jewish Renaissance Foundation is preparing plans to restore the houses.
